01. Help plan and take on responsibility for the planning of Suffolk International Moot. 

02. To support team lead with planning.

03. Ensure our staff comply to the Scout Association values and policies. 

04. To problem solve any issues.

Role 03:

Sub Camp Coordinator / Lead

We are looking for a passionate volunteer to lead a team to oversee and manage five subcamp leaders overseeing their individual subcamp.

Duties and Activities

01. To manage and support the five Subcamp leaders.

02. To feed into the management committee.

03. Liaising with team to problem solve and enable change.

04. To hold daily meetings with Subcamp leaders and act as point of contact to subcamp leaders.

05. To be able to respond to feedback and ensure that Subcamps are having fun!

Sub Camp Leader x5

We are looking for 5 passionate volunteers to run Suffolk International Moot's Subcamps!

Sub Camp Coordinator 

Duties and Activities

01. To run a Subcamp at Suffolks International Moot. 

02. To be a point of contact for your Subcamp.

03. To hold regular meetings with leaders and young people within your subcamp responding to feedback and feeding into the Subcamp Coordinator meetings. 

04. To problem solve and to liaise with other teams to problem solve.

05. To ensure fun!

We are looking for a passionate volunteer to join  oversee and manage the pastoral care of our young people and adults whilst at Suffolk International Moot!

We are looking for a passionate volunteer to join the team to coordinate external enterprises and vendors to partake in Suffolk International Moot.

We are looking for a passionate volunteer to join the staffing team to create provsion for young people doing their QSA / DofE residential.

International Visitor Coordinator

To work with the International Team to ensure that all international paricipants and leaders have the support they require.

Duties and Activities

01. To support local groups with their international links.

02. To provide advice and support to young people and adults from overseas.

03. To work with the Training & Safety teams to ensure that all international adults undertake a Safeguarding/Safety workshop on arrival to camp.

04. To ensure that our international policy is adhered to.

05. To ensure you and others adhere to the UK Policy Organisation Rules (POR) and uphold the standards for safety, safeguarding, risk, first response and GDPR.  Ensure that any external experts meet these standards too.

06. To verify eligibility of international visitors with their relevant NSO (National Scout Organisation) or MO (Guiding Member Organsiation).

07. To work with other teams to problem solve.
